Xha Papa is made in the small town of El Coyul, Yautepec in the state of Oaxaca. Master Mezcaleros the Bautista Brothers harvest Agave from various altitudes (200-800m above sea level) to create a joven Mezcal which is a true and very pure expression of the Espadin cultivar.
