A bright, dry organic wine which is known for its freshness and accessibility.
In Appearance: a clear, luminous “opaline” tint.
On the Nose: white-fleshed fruits (such as peach and pear) and subtle floral or mineral undertones.
On the Palate: Juicy and fresh.
Grapes: Typically a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Rolle (Vermentino), and Cinsault.
Food Pairings: Pairs well with Mediterranean cuisine, grilled poultry with herbs, or seafood such as smoked lobster.
Château de Roquefort
Chateau de Roquefort is located in the Côtes de Provence appellation area, reaching an altitude of 1,042 meters, and the world-famous National Park of the Calanques.
The landscape is characterized by high plateaus, where vine cultivation is carried out organically (certified in 2006) and biodynamically at an altitude of 390 meters, nestled in an imposing rocky circus on terraces with clay-limestone soils.
Today, around 30 hectares contribute to the production of carefully crafted cuvées, sold across the globe.
