2024 Kalleske Clarry’s GSM, Barossa Valley, South Australia
$41.99
Clarry’s is a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro, with grapes from over a dozen blocks, each with their diversity of soil type and vine age ensuring ultimate complexity and balance in this blend.
In Appearance : medium‑deep crimson, quite bright in the glass
On the Nose : Red and dark berries; raspberry, cherry, cranberry, dark plum.
On the Palate : Peppery, herbal and slightly rustic savouriness under the fruit; hints of dried citrus rind, cola, ginger‑cake and earthy notes. Gentle but present tannins that are more chalky/chocolaty than grippy. Fresh acidity gives a lively, energetic feel rather than a heavy Barossa style.
