The 2023 Mount Edward Rosé from Central Otago is a dry, organic Pinot Noir rosé made via whole-bunch pressing and wild yeast fermentation, delivering a light copper/salmon hue with refreshing acidity and textures from fine skin tannins.

In Appearance : light salmon hue.
On the Nose : aromas of strawberries, rose petals, peaches, red apple, and subtle floral lees complexities.
On the Palate : Taut and crisp entry with flavors of raspberry, peach, red apple, citrus, and summer fruits; lighter-bodied, dry “old school” style with juicy freshness, vibrant acidity, and a balanced, youthful finish through 2029.
