On the Palate : Rich and tight on the palate with velvety flavours of a dark spices and a fresh vein of natural acidity and tanic backbone.
Serving : Delicious on its own or as a pairing with chocolate desserts or rich cheeses. Decant and serve at cellar temperature (12º-14ºC).
