Cappelletti
Cappelletti is a historic Italian distillery founded in 1906 in Trento, now based in Aldeno, renowned for its traditional bitters, liqueurs, and wine-based aperitifs crafted from herbs, roots, and flowers by the Cappelletti family for over four generations.
Their flagship product, Aperitivo Cappelletti (often called “Specialino”), is recognized as one of the oldest classic red bitters still made, featuring a natural carmine hue, a vinous wine base, and a pleasingly dry, balanced profile that remains central to regional cocktail traditions like the Spritz and Negroni.
