In Appearance: Luminous lemon yellow colour, crystalline. A swirl of very fine, fast and tonic bubbles.
On the Nose: A first floral impression of white flowers and tulips. Notes of lemon peel, lime, ripe citrus. A mix of fruity flavours – apple, pear, pineapple, quince jelly – subtly complemented by smoky notes, anise and a touch of lavender honey.
On the Palate: A creamy feel, tender and unctuous. A first impression of citrus and lime. Notes of juicy pineapple and crisp apple followed by smoky touches and sea salt. A finishing note of honey for a wine of endless charms.

Collet Art Deco is made by blending grapes harvested across 20 specific, highly-rated terroirs: 43% Chardonnay creates elegance and finesse. 42% Pinot Noir adding depth and structure. 15% Pinot Meunier imparts freshness and rich fruit flavors.
