Cape Bryon Distillery
Cape Byron Distillery was founded in 2016 by the Brook Family and Jim McEwan. The distillery is set in the heart of Brook Family’s Macadamia farm and surrounded by sub tropical rainforest. 30 years ago, the rainforest that Cape Bryon Distillery calls home, did not exist. The Brook family have regenerated and replanted over 40,000 sub tropical rainforest trees.
Jim MeEwan has been awarded Master Distiller of the year thrice and he is truly a master of his craft.
Cape Byron Distillery is B Corp Certified which means they take Environment very seriously.
