2016 Seresin Memento Riesling, Marlborough

This delightfully refreshing Riesling is made in an off-dry style, with zesty acidity. Handpicked and fermented in stainless steel by natural yeast, to give texture and complexity, while preserving the beautiful Riesling character of the fruit. The nose exhibits floral and chalky aromas, alongside hints of beeswax and preserved lemon. The palate is rich and concentrated, with dried peach, lemon and honey notes, and the merest hint of spice.
