2016 Seresin Pinot Noir, Marlborough
Certified organic and biodynamically grown, these grapes were hand-picked, destemmed and fermented with wild yeast. After remaining on skins for 3 weeks, the wine was pressed and aged in older French oak barriques for 11 months.
In Appearance: Deep ruby colour.
On the Nose: A classic Pinot Noir displaying a complex nose of red berried fruits, reminiscent of cherries and raspberries.
On the Palate: This medium-bodied red, has a supple palate and silky tannins, whilst the natural fermentation adds complexity. The finish is crisp and dry.
