On the Palate: Medium bodied, with good length and weight on the palate, showing beautiful balance between the fresh acidity, fruit concentration and firm but fine-grained tannins.
A good match with both meat and fish-based tapas, mezze, rice dishes and pasta. Ready to drink, will benefit from six to twelve months cellaring upon release and keep for a further three years.
Peninsula Vinicultores
Península Vinicultores is a Spanish winery project founded by Masters of Wine Andreas Kubach and Sam Harrop, focusing on high-elevation, old-vine wines from at-risk vineyards in the Sierra de Gredos and Sistema Central mountains.
