In Appearance: Cherry color with brown edges.
On the Nose: Pure and precise aromas of cherries, red berries and thyme.
On the Palate: Medium bodied, with good length and weight on the palate, showing beautiful balance between the fresh acidity, fruit concentration and firm but fine-grained tannins.
A good match with both meat and fish-based tapas, mezze, rice dishes and pasta. Ready to drink, will benefit from six to twelve months cellaring upon release and keep for a further three years.
