2018 Coco di Mama Organic Pinot Grigio, Sicilia, Italy

Coco di Mama is the lovechild of Tamra Kelly-Washington and this wine is a real authentic example of the variety. Farmed organically on gentle slopes of Sicily in the southern western side of the Island, famous for the ‘terra rossa’ or red dirt, this is truly a special wine with huge drinkability and appeal.
In Appearance: Bright, light, vibrant Pinot Grigio. Pale yellow with greenish hints in the glass.
On the Nose: Tangy and fresh with ripe stone fruit and pear drop aromas on the nose that combine with a focused mineral acidity. Well-balanced with a dry finish.
On the Palate: Succulent and wonderfully weighted on the palate, delivering lovely fruit richness and silky mouthfeel backed by bright acidity, finishing long and very tasty.
