2018 Domaine Pattes Loup Vent d’Ange, Chablis AOC

Domaine Pattes Loup is one of the most exciting estates to emerge from Chablis in recent years (Pattes Loup means “wolf paws”). The wines are concentrated and opulent, yet racy and intensely saline.

In appearance: Straw yellow in colour.
On the nose: Subtle creamy edge to the focused citrus fruit nose.
On the palate: Light and fresh aromatic palate, moving from notes of citrus through orange zest to fine spices.
