A beautiful provence rosé blending Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Clairette, Vermentino. The different grape varieties developed a very homogenous maturity and the perfect balance between the PH (3.18), total acidity (6.80) and alcohol (12.5%).
In Appearance: Clear pink bouquet
On the Nose: Finely spiced citrus nose, slightly lemony and floral
On the Palate: the palate is taut, white fruits, citrus, hint of fennel

Château de Roquefort
Chateau de Roquefort is located in the Côtes de Provence appellation area, reaching an altitude of 1,042 meters, and the world-famous National Park of the Calanques.
The landscape is characterized by high plateaus, where vine cultivation is carried out organically (certified in 2006) and biodynamically at an altitude of 390 meters, nestled in an imposing rocky circus on terraces with clay-limestone soils.
Today, around 30 hectares contribute to the production of carefully crafted cuvées, sold across the globe.
