Areni is thick-skinned and late-ripening. Grown in the highlands of Vayots Dzor, the region that revealed the world’s oldest known winery, Areni has been cultivated here for thousands of years, carrying forward an ancient winemaking tradition.

In Appearance: Dark ruby in color.
On the Nose: Aromas of red forest fruits on the nose.
On the Palate: Plum and peppery notes on the palate giving way to nicely velvety tannins and prolonged finish. Medium tannins, medium to high acidity , and cherry and spice bouquet.
