Organically Cultivated between 5 and 9 years, baked in stone ovens, macerated using animal-drawn mills, naturally fermented in oak tubs and distilled with copper stills and coils.

With over three generations of experience, master mezcaleros the Bautista Brothers, use their artful know-how to produce a world class mezcal with connoisseurs in mind. Del Tio Ro is produced in small batches on family owned premises, 100% artisanal, manually labeled and sealed. It’s clean, highland character with tasting notes that include herbaceous, smoky, and subtly sweet elements makes it the perfect expression of mezcal.
