Svelte Riesling – wine with Riesling’s hallmark citrus and grapefruit hues, but with lovely touches of juniper, candied apple and sea spray alongside. In a nutshell; a dry, textural Riesling but with complexity.

Bramble Orange – Apricot yoghurt, soft chalky tannin, crystallised ginger, peach ice tea salivating acidity.

La Monella Bianco – Organically grown Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc, fermented naturally with minimal intervention.
A fresh, vibrant, aromatic example of a minimal intervention wine. Ripe passionfruit, and wild herbal, savoury notes are to the fore on the nose. The palate is dense, lush and textured, finishing with vibrant, crystalline acidity. Bone dry.
